The 2009 GAP Design Edition is slated to launch on June 16 2009, featuring designs from Alexander Wang, Vera Cava and Albertus Swanepoel. This year, the designers display their interpretation of the GAP classic- the Khakis! Here’s a sneak peek:

And the models wearing the pieces. The outfits by first and third models are by Alexander Wang. Hats by Albertus Swanepoel.

The dresses look cute. On the other hand, the khaki motorcycle jacket by Alexander Wang is likely to be a hot piece and it is to be priced below US$100.Β  In fact, news from another source stated that price would range from US$40-US$88.

But oh well, Miss Glitzy is just not so into khakis.
